Family portraits in Gloucestershire and Mallorca

I love snapshots. It’s pretty much what I aim to achieve in most of the work I do. To define what makes one is hard to put your finger on, but for me it’s that intangible feeling that you want to keep an image regardless of the technical qualities. It pops out, it’s imperfect but for some reason you like it and the longer you keep it the better it gets. I’ve got a friend who once showed me all the physical photos he had of himself from different moments at different times. In total there were around twelve and as far as the experience of looking at other peoples photos go, that was easily one of the most interesting. Here are some of mine, including friends and family.
